Rice Planthopper
Rice Planthopper belongs to Homoptera. It harms rice by sucking plant sap. There are three types of planthoppers: the brown planthopper, the white-backed planthopper and the white-backed planthopper.
Symptoms:
1. Adults and nymphs suck the rice and cause the plants to turn yellow.
2. The excrement of rice planthopper often leads to the growth of mold, which affects the photosynthesis and respiration of rice.
